Fundraising and Marketing Co-ordinator (part time, 17.5 hours per week)
We have an exciting opportunity for a successful professional to lead and develop our fundraising and marketing work.
You will need a good track record of fundraising from a variety of sources, including writing successful applications to grant givers and trusts. You will make sure that our organisation makes the most of all fundraising opportunities, including developing projects which attract funding. You will also have the ability to develop and promote our membership scheme.
A great communicator, you will have experience of raising the profile of an organisation’s work. You’ll be good at writing effective copy for a variety of audiences, and you’ll be able to use and develop social media and websites.
You must have a background in the voluntary sector, and understand how to work with and motivate volunteers. You’ll be a good team player, very well organised, flexible and self motivated.
You must have a full driver’s licence, as the job involves travelling to meetings and events not accessible on public transport. The post is based in the centre of Sheffield, within easy access of rail and bus stations.
