Friends of the Peak District walks and talks
We run a variety of events throughout the year in our walks and talks programme. From learning new skills and walking with someone who knows something about these glorious landscapes, through to tasting beer in the Peak District, there's usually something for everyone.

Sunday mornings from 5 June
Cycling Sundays from Pedal Ready cycles co-op are for adult beginners, wobbly returners and anyone who wants to get more confident with cycling. At the Agricultural Business Centre in Bakewell (DE45 1AH) and on the Monsal Trail, including
- maintenance tips and advice
- skills sessions
- "the Knowledge" - national standard cycling tips for road safety
- short guided rides along the trail and quiet roads
Training and advice from 9.30am, rides from 11am.
Cycling Sundays are free, but donations welcome.
