Enjoying your local countryside...

Getting out and about in the Peak District countryside is a great pick-me-up whatever the time of year. Members and friends are invited to share their favourite walks and places within the Peak District area. Email margaret@friendsofthepeak.org.uk for more information.

Our first contribution was made by Writer and Broadcaster Michael Palin who talks about his passion for the Peak District countryside.

Senior Countryside Campaigner Andy Tickle, ex Treasurer Tony Willey, Mike Harding well-known writer, broadcaster, comedian and musician, Volunteer Roger Humphrey and former Branch Planning Officer, John Spottiswood tell us about their favourite walks.

Our latest contribution has been written by Communications Officer, Steph Woodhouse, who reveals her passion for a lesser-known corner of the Peak.

If you have a favourite walk or place tell us about it!

Have a wonderful time!
