Help from Corporate Supporters

If you want to support our work and promote your organisation at the same time, contact Lucy Stirling on 0114 266 5822 or email lucy@friendsofthepeak.org.uk. She deals with all our corporate partners and will be happy to discuss any ideas you may have about working together in a mutually beneficial way. You can also obtain a copy of our Corporate Brochure.

Corporate Partners can help in many ways - here are a few ideas of how you can get involved.

Advertising: Advertise and help your local charity

Our new, paid-for quarterly magazine Peakland Guardian is sent to all our members and is distributed throughout the Peak District in shops and information centres, as well as at the many shows and events we attend. We have only a small number of advertisements, because we feel that for companies to get maximum impact for their message, the fewer adverts the better. This magazine is an attractive but serious read for people who really love and care about the Peak District, and it has been really well received.

The Peakland Guardian rate card can be downloaded here. You can get a discount for buying slots in more than one issue in a year. This is a great way to get your message heard - and be associated with a prominent local charity.

Sponsorship: Link your name to our cause at one of our events

We organise a number of public events each year where you could help us. At the same time, you would get your name linked with a respected charity, which has always enjoyed a good reputation in Sheffield and throughout the Peak District. Sponsorship levels vary from packages costing between £100 - £250, which could see your company or concern included in the invitation mailing to over 1000 people; your company logo on our home page and included in our event literature; invitations; media publicity, and after event follow-ups.

Prizes or Raffle prizes: Support us by donating one of your products.

You can also support our events by offering us a prize for our prestigious photo competition, or sending us a prize or raffle prize for our major events and our show competitions – children’s’ quiz and business card draw.

Website profile: Increased awareness + time = raising funds

As a small charity, we are very happy to work with you in mutual website promotion. This could just be the start of more ideas and ways in which we can work together.

Become a corporate Friend of the Peak District – and put something back into one of Britain’s finest and best-loved landscapes.
