Another chance to see our President, Dame Fiona Reynolds, as she presents the case for beauty as the inspiration for change in the face of modern materialism, at the Off The Shelf Festival on Sheffield on Sunday 16 October.
Discussing landscape, nature, history, trees, farming and urbanisation, Reynolds demonstrates how personal and national ideas about beauty have evolved over time and warns of the risks of abandoning our concepts of the beautiful – offering an alternative future should we have the will to achieve it.
