Owner Oliver Stephenson is kindly opening up the gardens of Lomberdale Hall to the public, to fundraise for us.

Set on the Limestone Trail in Middleton-by-Youlgreave, this 19th century hall was home to Peak District achaeologist Thomas Bateman. The gardens make an attractive short cut on the popular Limestone Trail, avoiding the road.

The gardens will be open between 10am and 5pm, so you could easily also do our nearby and fascinating Sites of Meaning Walk in the afternoon.

Cost: £5 – profits to Friends of the Peak District.

No need to book: just turn up!
