Our annual Magnificent Walk will start and finish at Tegg’s Nose Country Park on Saturday 13th April and explore some of the finest walking in Cheshire with stunning views. Enjoy this friendly, well-managed, way-marked event and support a great cause which protects the Peak District National Park.

21-mile route: From the cafe and car park at Teggs Nose Country Park, through Langley, along the Gritstone Trail, over Sutton Common, via Wincle (and the brewery!) and back via the Friends’ Peak District Boundary Walk – through Wildboarclough, over Shutlingsloe (the Cheshire Matterhorn, 506m), through Macclesfield Forest and over Teggs Nose…. and back to the visitor centre for a well-earned coffee and cake!

A shorter (10-12) mile route will also be available.
