A new show from Cotton Grass Theatre

Featuring the words, wisdom and wisecracks of one of America’s foremost jazz age writers. Dorothy Parker’s poems, short stories and reviews provide an acerbic commentary on life in inter-war America and her work frequently upset the literary establishment. 

She died in 1967 leaving her estate to Dr Martin Luther King.

Dorothy Parker will fill you in on her life, her loves and much else besides – accompanied by the cool jazz sound of the Steve Salfield Trio.
